DIRECTIONS
This recipe uses the Atkins Peanut Sauce (see recipe), which provides 3.4g NC.- Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium high heat. Add veggie crumbles and sauté to 3 minutes.
- Add cabbage and continue to sauté until cabbage is wilted and veggie crumbles are browned.
- Top with 4 Tbsp Peanut Sauce. Or Peanut Sauce may be stirred in during last 30 seconds of cooking.
