DIRECTIONS
- Melt the coconut butter in a microwave safe bowl, about 20 seconds.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and combine with a fork until well mixed and evenly distributed.
- Form 4 balls of about 1 tablespoon each and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
