DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu and sauté for 5 minutes, turning several times until golden brown.
- Add green peppers and scallions and cook 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Season with tamari during the last minute of cooking. Serve immediately.
