0 1/4 cup Whole Grain Soy Flour

0 3/4 cup Heavy Cream

0 1/4 tbsp Sour Cream (Cultured)

3 tsp Italian Seasoning

0 1/2 tsp Salt

0 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Use a blend of mixed fresh minced herbs such as thyme, parsley and basil for this recipe to replace the Italian seasoning if desired.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter a shallow 1-quart baking dish.
- In a medium pot on high heat, cook chard in lightly salted boiling water until soft, about 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze dry (may be prepared up to one day in advance). Spread chard into baking dish in an even layer.
- In a medium bowl, whisk soy flour and eggs until smooth. Add cream, water, sour cream, herbs, salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture over chard and bake 45 minutes or until set, puffed around the edges and lightly browned.
