1 cup Strawberries, fresh, sliced

1 1/3 cup Greek Yogurt, plain, unsweetened, whole milk

DIRECTIONS
- In a 16-ounce jar, combine chia seeds, hemp hearts, 1 tablespoon sweetener, and cinnamon. Add almond milk and vanilla, mix well, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, shaking or stirring once after about 1 hour.
- In a small bowl, gently stir the sliced strawberries and ½ tablespoon sweetener. Refrigerate until needed, at least 10 minutes.
- To assemble, place ¼ cup sliced strawberries on one side of each of 4 small bowls. Add 1/3 cup Greek yogurt, and 1/3 cup of the chia pudding. Chop the Atkins Strawberry Shortcake Bars and top each of the bowls with ½ bar.
