2 tbsp Canola Vegetable Oil

1 1/2 tsp Garlic

0 3/4 Tbsp Ginger Root, fresh, grated

1 cup Mushroom Pieces and Stems

1 cup chopped Celery

2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil

1 1/2 lb Shrimp

3 tbsp Tamari Soybean Sauce

0 3/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil in a large heavy skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
- Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms, celery and toasted sesame oil and stir-fry for an additional 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp, Tamari and red pepper flakes (amount is optional depending upon your desire for hot/spicy flavor). Stir-fry until shrimp are pink and slightly curled; about 3-4 minutes. Serve immediately.
