3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery

12 each Cherry Tomatoes

1 1/2 cup Chicken Broth, Bouillon or Consomme

4 tbsp All Natural Clam Juice

0 3/4 tsp seasoning mix

0 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning

0 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

0 1/2 lb Shrimp

8 1/2 oz Clams (Mixed Species, Drained Solids, Canned)

4 oz Blue Crab (Canned)
DIRECTIONS
- In a medium pot, warm the oil over medium heat. Add chopped shallot and minced or pressed garlic, sautéing 2 minutes, until translucent.
- Stir in the chopped celery, quartered tomatoes, and broth. Add ¼ cup clam juice from the canned chopped clams, and season with Old Bay seasoning, Italian herbs, and pepper. Bring to simmer and cook 3 minutes.
- Add shrimp, drained clams, and drained crab, bring back to a simmer of medium heat and maintain a simmer and cook 5 minutes, until the shrimp are firm and pink.
- Serve immediately, while warm. One serving is about 1 cup.
