How to Calculate Atkins Net Carbs
Atkins Net Carbs = Total Carbohydrates – Fiber – Sugar Alcohols/Glycerin (if applicable)
×INGREDIENTS
-
1 cup Cilantro (Coriander)
-
0 1/2 cup Parsley
-
0 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
0 1/8 cup, chopped Onions
-
0 3/4 fl oz Fresh Lime Juice
-
1 1/2 tsp Garlic
-
1 tsp Salt
-
1 tsp Black Pepper
-
24 oz Pork Chops or Roasts (Center Rib, Bone-In)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F and preheat grill to high.
- To make salsa verde: place cilantro, parsley, oil, chopped onion, lime juice, chopped garlic, salt and pepper in a food processor or blender and process, tapping down leaves as necessary, until herbs are finely chopped and sauce looks creamy, about 3 minutes.
- Season pork tenderloins generously with salt and pepper and roast in oven for 30 minutes. Remove and place on grill for 5 -10 minutes, turning once, until nicely charred and a meat thermometer reads 160°F.
- Let pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with salsa verde.
