DIRECTIONS
- Heat broiler.
- On a cutting board, mash garlic with salt to form a paste. Add rosemary leaves and chop. Transfer to a small bowl and mix in mustard and mayonnaise. Alternatively, mix ingredients in a small food processor or a mortar and pestle.
- Arrange fish fillets in the broiler pan. Spread evenly with rosemary-mustard mayonnaise. Broil 5 inches from heat source until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
