0 1/2 cup Zucchini Squash, raw, chopped

1 each Atkins Creamy Vanilla Shake

DIRECTIONS
- Peel, seed and chop the zucchini and place in the freezer until mostly frozen, about 1 ½ hours.
- Place the shake in the freezer until starting to freeze (about 1 hour from room temperature, or 30 minutes from refrigerated).
- In the jar of a blender, place the frozen zucchini and Atkins Creamy Vanilla Shake and blend until fully combined and thick. Evenly divide between two glasses, roughly a heaping ¾ cup each.
- Chop the Atkins Keto Clusters and mix one chopped cluster into each of the glasses of frozen smoothie. Enjoy right away!
