DIRECTIONS
- Preheat grill.
- Form beef into a patty and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill to desired degree of doneness.
- Immediately top with cheese and allow to melt.
- Top with sliced onions, tomato and avocado. Wrap in lettuce leaves.
