DIRECTIONS
Use 1 tablespoon of the Atkins recipe: Moroccan Rub.- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season lamb with rub.
- Grill (or spray skillet with a little oil and cook) until evenly browned on one side, about 5 minutes.
