2 tbsp Canola Vegetable Oil

0 1/2 cup, slivered Almonds

1 Tbsp Ginger

1 tsp Garlic

4 cup flowerets Broccoli Flower Clusters

0 1/2 cup Chicken Broth, Bouillon or Consomme

2 tbsp Tamari Soybean Sauce

1 tbsp Sodium and Sugar Free Rice Vinegar

0 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
DIRECTIONS
- In a large heavy skillet, heat oil over high heat. Add almonds and cook until browned, about 1-2 minutes. Add minced ginger and garlic and cook until aromatic, another 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli to skillet and sauté until browned in spots, about 3 minutes. Stir in chicken broth, soy sauce and vinegar. Bring to a boil, and cook until liquid has almost evaporated and broccoli is crisp-tender, about 5 more minutes. Drizzle in sesame oil and serve.
