1 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)

0 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
If your berries are tart, you may want to add the granular sugar substitute, but in-season berries are likely to be fine without it. Each serving is 2 Tbsp.- Purée raspberries and water in a blender; strain into a bowl. Stir in vinegar along with shallot, salt, pepper and sugar substitute (if using).
- Add oil in a slow stream, whisking until dressing thickens. Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
