INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz, boneless, cooked Fresh Ham
  • 1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) Pears
  • 4 oz Brie Cheese
  • 4 tortilla Low Carb Tortillas
  • 0 1/4 cup, sliced Almonds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lay tortillas flat onto a sheet pan. Layer onto half of each tortilla the pear, ham, Brie cheese and almonds (in that order).
  3. Fold the tortilla over and bake for 5 minutes; cut in half and enjoy immediately.
