×INGREDIENTS
-
4 oz Lily's Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
-
4 tsp Unsalted Butter Stick
-
1 1/3 cup Heavy Cream
-
4 Tbsp hazelnut syrup, sugar free
-
4 teaspoon Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)
-
0 1/4 cup, chopped Hazelnuts Filberts
-
6 each Raspberries
DIRECTIONS
- Melt chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler over medium-high heat (or in a microwave on medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes). Set aside and let cool to room temperature.
- While chocolate cools, in a medium bowl beat the cream, hazelnut syrup, granulated sugar substitute with an electric mixer on medium-high speed, until fully whipped.
- Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream gently until fully combined and no white streaks remain. Add the hazelnuts and blend in or use to top each serving. Divide mousse equally between 6 serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until set. Serve each with a raspberry as garnish and top with a hazelnut if any were reserved.
