12 oz, boneless, cooked Chicken Breast

6 cup Chicken Broth, Bouillon or Consomme

0 1/3 cup Heavy Cream

3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
DIRECTIONS
- Finely chop the spinach and dice or shred the chicken. Add both to a heavy pot along with the chicken stock and heat over medium-high heat until it boils and the spinach is wilted.
- Add cream and continue to heat for another 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, season with lemon juice, salt and freshly ground black pepper
