1 tbsp Maple Syrup (sugar-free)

0 1/2 bar Atkins Vanilla Caramel Pretzel Bar
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, combine 4 tablespoons coconut shreds, almond flour, protein powder, and flax meal until evenly combined. Add in water and syrup, stirring to form a paste. Finely dice the Atkins Vanilla Caramel Pretzel Bar and fold into the mix.
- Use a rounded tablespoon full to form 4 even balls (about 22 grams each), refrigerate for at least an hour to allow them to solidify a bit, then roll in ½ tablespoon coconut shreds to coat. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Two bites are one serving.
