DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, mix tamari, lemon juice, sesame oil and sugar substitute.
- Add diced chicken, shredded cabbage, chopped endive, sliced cucumber, sliced pepper (optional: use 1/4 cup red bell pepper and 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper) and diced celery; toss well.
