1 packet 100% Natural Stevia Sweetener

DIRECTIONS
Please note this recipe is not acceptable for the first two weeks of Induction due to the peanut butter. Add it in when you begin to add nuts to your diet.
For this recipe unsweetened coconut, almond or soy milk may be used. Combine 1/2 - 1 cup ice, milk of choice, peanut butter, protein powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon, stevia (consider adding just a small amount and testing for sweetness before adding the whole packet) and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Peanut butter powder may also be used, but be aware that it does not have the same amount of fat and may need more liquid in order for this to blend properly.
Cooking Tip
Adding a small amount of salt helps to bring out the sweet flavor of the chocolate & peanut butter.
