2 31/48 oz Cilantro (Coriander)

0 1/3 cup, chopped English Walnuts
DIRECTIONS
- Heat grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high. Combine chipotles, lemon juice, lime juice, garlic (minced) and sugar substitute in a blender; purée.
- Rub pork with cumin, oil, salt and pepper. Grill 18 to 20 minutes, rolling the meat every 3 to 4 minutes to ensure even cooking. Rest on cutting board 5 minutes.
- Combine cilantro and walnuts in a small bowl. Cut pork into 1/2-inch slices, drizzle with sauce, sprinkle with cilantro mixture and serve.
