2 Tbsp Dill weed, fresh, chopped

0 1/4 cup Real Mayonnaise

1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice

0 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard

0 4/24 tablespoon Horseradish Sauce

2 large Boiled Egg

12 oz, boneless, raw Tuna
DIRECTIONS
Use the Atkins recipe to make Cajun Rub, you will need about 1/4 teaspoon (or to taste). You may substitute a commercial brand of Cajun seasoning just be sure it does not contain any added starch or sugar.- Finely chop the pepperoncini, pickles and dill (if using dried use only 1 teaspoon). Combine all ingredients except eggs and tuna in a small mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve the tuna.
- Heat a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat, or preheat a grill. Lightly oil outside of tuna steaks and season with a little salt and pepper. Place in heated pan or on grill. Cook on each side for about 2 - 3 minutes or to desired doneness.
- Serve each steak topped with sliced egg and a tablespoon of the remoulade.
