INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat)
  • 1 large Scallions or Spring Onions
  • 0 1/2 cup Baby Spinach
  • 0 1/4 cup, chopped or sliced Red Tomatoes
  • 0 1/4 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 0 1/2 tsp Dill weed, dried
  • 0 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 0 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine ground beef, scallion, spinach, tomato, feta, 1.5 tsp fresh dill ( or 1/2 tsp dried), salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for 6 minutes per side for medium doneness.
