INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Tbsp canned tomato paste, 6 oz, unsalted
  • 0 1/2 cup canned tomato puree
  • 0 3/4 cup tap water
  • 2 tbsp allulose, liquid sweetener
  • 2 tbsp Swerve sweetener, brown
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp table salt
  • 0 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 0 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 0 1/8 tsp cloves, ground
  • 0 1/8 tsp yellow mustard seeds, ground

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk all ingredients together. Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, place a lid on slightly askew so that steam can escape. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until thickened and the flavors meld, about 30 minutes.
  2. Scrape into a blender with a corner open to allow heat to vent and blend on high. Pour into a container and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Each serving is 2 tablespoons ketchup.
