Spring is Here: My Favorite Ways to Workout Outside

March 20, 2015

To me, there is nothing lovelier than a Spring Day! I love the change to warmer weather and the feeling of the sun on my skin after a long winter. Growing up in England makes you truly appreciate nice weather (whenever there is any) and I always looked forward to Spring time. The change in the weather can invigorate and uplift you which really gives you the perfect excuse to bring your exercise routine outdoors. These days I live in Los Angeles where we’re blessed with beautiful weather most of the year so I am all about getting out in the fresh air and sunlight. I like to go for walk with Ozzy and sometimes we’ll even walk Bella and Rocky together.

Speaking of blessed, I’m about to be a Grandmother again and I couldn’t be more excited. Once my new grandchild is born I look forward to taking the baby and my Pearly girl for some walks with the stroller. That’s a good way to get my grandma time in while staying fit!

There are so many ways to mix up your normal workout routine outside. Go for a hike with friends, take a lap in a pool, do some yoga in your backyard or nearby park or even squats outside. When the sun is shining, the possibilities are endless! I can’t wait to see how the warm weather ramps up everyone’s fitness plans.

What are your favorite ways to workout outdoors? Tell me everything!

X,
Mrs. O
