New Year’s Eve is a time of celebration and new beginnings. You can start thinking about what you want to accomplish in 2019 with my 3 tips for achieving New Year’s resolutions. Then, ring in the New Year with these low carb New Year’s Eve recipes for fancy finger foods, which feature creamy dips and a combination of surf and turf, plus low carb cocktails worthy of a toast at midnight.
