Getting Back into the Swing of Things

November 11, 2014

Can you believe summer is over already? It seems like just yesterday I was planning what to do on holiday with my family, and now it’s over! It’s nice to go on trips but sometimes the best vacations can be had by not doing anything and just relaxing.

No schedules to mind. Just family, good food and no plans!

Now that Fall is here and the vacation is over, back to work I go. I’m excited to be back in LA and promoting Season 5 of The Talk with my lovely co-hosts. My schedule is busy and I’m thankful for that. Keeping busy keeps me out of the fridge. I must admit I was entering that danger zone of opening the fridge 10 times a day. Now back to work, all systems go back to healthy eating and living!

What’s your attitude like when you go back to work from your holiday? I’d love to hear!

Kisses!!
