DIRECTIONS
Use 1 tablespoon of any compound butter or use the Atkins recipe for Herb-Butter Blend.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place trout, beans and Herb-Butter Blend or butter mashed with minced parsley seasoned with salt and pepper on a 12- by 12-inch piece of aluminum foil. Bring the edges together at the top and crimp to form a sealed packet.
- Place packet onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until fish is cooked through and beans are tender.
