INGREDIENTS

  • 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
  • 2 medium
  • 2 fruit without skin and seeds
  • 0 1/4 cup, chopped
  • 1 1/2 fl oz
  • 0 1/2 tsp

DIRECTIONS

  1. Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, avocado and onions.  Juice and zest the lime.
  2. In a medium bowl, gently toss tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados, onion, 3 Tbsp lime juice, 1 tsp lime zest and cumin.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
