INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp almond butter FNDDS
  • 1 cup coconut milk, enriched, unsweetened Canadian Nutrient File
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds FNDDS
  • 1 tsp butter, salted USDA
  • 1 tsp breakfast syrup, sugar free Smucker's
  • 4 lrg fresh strawberries Canadian Nutrient File
  • 0 1/2 bar Atkins Chocolate Almond Butter Bar
  • 3 Tbsp hemp seeds, hulled Canadian Nutrient File

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small saucepot over medium heat, warm the coconut milk to steaming. Stir in almond butter and sugar free syrup until well blended. 
  2. In a cereal bowl, combine the hemp and chia. Pour warm milk mixture over and stir to mix, breaking up any chia seed clumps. Set aside while finishing the recipe, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a small non-stick skillet over medium heat melt the butter. Sautee sliced strawberries until warmed through and wilting, about 5 minutes. Place on top of the porridge, along with chopped Atkins Chocolate Almond Butter Bar, and serve while warm.
