0 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened USDA
-
1 bar Atkins Endulge Crunchalicious Bar
-
0 1/4 cup espresso beans
DIRECTIONS
- In a double boiler, bring water just to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium, and place broken up Endulge Crunchalicious Chocolate Bar and butter in the top pan at least 1-inch over the water to melt while stirring, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in espresso beans until evenly coated. Allow to cool in pan for about 5 minutes, until chocolate is beginning to set.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and dust with about 1/3 of the cocoa powder. Drop one bean at a time onto parchment paper and dust the tops of the beans with remaining cocoa powder.
