DIRECTIONS
Top this salad with cooked sliced chicken to complete your meal.- Make salad: in a large bowl, toss together lettuce, cabbage, chopped celery, sliced cauliflower, sliced mushrooms, chopped cucumber, chopped zucchini, quartered tomatoes and diced eggs.
- Make dressing: in a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, heavy cream, water, rosemary, tarragon, salt and pepper. Whisk until well blended, then stir in cheese.
