×INGREDIENTS
-
0 1/2 tsp sea salt, flakes
-
6 cookies Atkins Snickerdoodle Crunchy Protein Cookies
-
6 ea pecans, halves USDA
-
6 pieces Atkins Endulge Milk Chocolate Caramel Squares
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare a mini muffin pan with 6 paper liners.
- Press a Snickerdoodle Bite Size Crunchy Cookie into the bottom of each paper liner. Place a Milk Chocolate Caramel Square on top of each cookie; top each with a pecan half. Place in the oven for 6-8 minutes, until the caramel is bubbling along the edges.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle each with a pinch of flaky salt, and allow to cool at room temperature for at about 20 minutes to set before serving. One cookie with one caramel square and one pecan are one serving.
Cooking Tip
Because oven temperatures vary, keep an eye open while the chocolate caramel squares are melting. Once you see caramel bubbling along the edges, remove them so the chocolate and pecans don’t overcook or burn.
