DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, water, relish, mustard, sweetener, smoked paprika, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, and ¼ teaspoon onion powder until well blended. Set aside to let the flavors blend.
- In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, place the brick of ground beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring to allow it to brown. Flip and cook another 2-3 minutes without stirring to brown. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder and ¼ teaspoon onion powder and break into chunks, cooking until no longer pink, another 4 minutes.
- Assemble the salads by layering 1 ½ cups shredded iceberg lettuce on the bottom of each bowl. Arrange ¼ cup shredded cheese, one chopped pickle spear, 1 tablespoon diced onion, and 3-ounces cooked ground beef over the lettuce in each bowl. Drizzle each salad with ¼ cup dressing. One salad (as described above) with ¼ cup dressing is one serving.
